Bedrooms: One large bedroom with twin beds. Double sofa bed.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom, with hydro shower unit, bidet and washing machine.
Kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, 4 ring electric hob, extractor fan, fully equipped with juicer etc. Table and 2 chairs.
Utility Room: Washing machine in bathroom.
Living Rooms: Double sofa bed and 2 matching easy chairs.
Dining room table and 4 chairs, TV (Spanish TV only, poor reception
in Summer) and DVD player. Radio/CD player. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linen provided - including
towels. Apartment cleaned and prepared for each visit by an English lady, who
lives locally and is a great source of knowledge (walks etc)!
Change over day: Changeover is normally Saturday - depart by 10.30am. Arrive after 3pm.
Amenities/Facilities provided: hob/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, room fans.
Accessibility: There is one step up to the front door.
Outside: Small terrace, which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening.
Coast/Beach: 1 hour's drive to the coast at Salobrena.
Skiing: Sierra Nevada ski slopes just over an hour away.
Travel: Granada airport 30 minutes. Malaga airport 90 minutes..
Distances: The nearest market town is Alhama de Granada 20 minutes.
Granada city is 30 minutes away. The Alhambra is around 40 minutes.
Further details: Two small shops, a medical centre and a bank
in the village, plus 3 bars. Market on Monday, plus daily van deliveries
of bread, fish etc.
