Quality of life apart, one of the key requirements for most is that
their Spanish property purchase represents a sound investment. By
considering inland properties your initial purchase price is significantly
lower than property along the coastal strips – giving potentially
greater growth prospects from the outset.
Ryan Air and Monarch are now offering direct flights into the local
Granada Airport. This is likely to place significant upward pressure
on property prices as demand already exceeds supply – for the
better properties.
It is important to, again, emphasis that we are not Estate Agents. However, from time to time clients request that we place details of their existing property on our Site - which we are happy to do.
